01. Honouring the elite and heading for a new journey
In the past 2024, all the staff of Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. worked together and wrote a new chapter of the company's development. In order to commend the advanced and inspire all the staff to create new achievements in the new year, the company held a grand 2024 annual appraisal and commendation conference on 15 January 2025, which is not only a high recognition of the outstanding staff and team in the past year, but also a great opportunity for the staff and the team to make a great contribution to the development of the company. Mr. Liu Hairong, Deputy General Manager of the company, read out the commendation decision. 87 excellent employees and 12 excellent teams were commended in this conference, which won the respect and recognition of colleagues by virtue of their outstanding performance, innovative thinking, excellent leadership or selfless service spirit. 02.Vietnam Hua Tat 2nd Anniversary Celebration and 2024 Annual Meeting
In 2024 full of opportunities and challenges, Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd. has ushered in a moment of special significance - Vietnam Huada 2nd Anniversary Celebration and 2024 Annual Meeting. on 18th January, Mr. Zhang Ou, General Director of the company, and Mr. Liu Hairong, Deputy General Director of the company, shouldered the mission and expectation, and went to Vietnam to celebrate this important milestone together with all the staff of Vietnam Huada. On the day of the event, the cafeteria was bustling with activity, and the familiar dining space was decorated with a new look, colourful flower pulls, festive music, and a joyful atmosphere everywhere. Employees just finished the work at hand, they could not wait to pour into the canteen, their faces were full of anticipation and excitement. They were in groups, discussing enthusiastically about the possible prizes to be drawn, and the scene was full of laughter. From newcomers to experienced senior staff, everyone was actively involved in this surprise-filled lucky draw activity, adding a bright and warm colour to the company's year-end time.
